Member Awards

In 1983, Society President Louis T. Padavan created two annual member awards that recognize outstanding scholarship in the field of Vatican and Roman States philately and demonstrated commitment to the Society and its mission.

In addition to the President's Award, the Veritas Award is presented annually to the author of the best article in Vatican Notes. Veritas recipients are listed on the Notes Web site at http://notes.vaticanphilately.org/veritas.htm
