Ask an Expert

"Ask An Expert" is a free, public service of the Vatican Philatelic Society. Members will answer your questions about Vatican City/Roman States stamps, covers, or postal history, subject to a few restrictions.

All questions must be posted via the form below. If you wish to send a scan of an item, indicate this under "What is your question?" and we will reply with an address to which you can send a JPEG or TIFF (no more than 2MB) by E-mail.
