Application & Dues

Any person interested in the stamps or postal history of the Pontifical (Roman) State or the Vatican City State is eligible for membership in the VPS. Simply download an application by clicking here [PDF, 336kb]. 

Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher is required to use this form. You can fill in the application online (use the Tab key to move between fields), then print it out and mail it with your dues to the address indicated on the form.

Membership Dues

All dues are payable by check or money order in US dollars only to the order of "Vatican Philatelic Society." Do not send cash or stamps; we do not currently accept credit cards. The membership year runs from July 1 to June 30.

Individual Memberships

Family Memberships

Family memberships in all countries, including the U.S., cost the same as an individual membership. Please indicate on the application the names of all family members to be included in the membership. Only one copy of Vatican Notes will be sent to the family address, but all family members will be eligible for services such as translations and auctions.
